...there's two O's in Goose.

May is a very important month. You better come to the Goose to celebrate some very important, but somewhat obscure holidays: http://www.holidayinsights.com/moreholidays/may.htm. Of course we have Mothers day on the 11th, which really should be more important than X-mas. Just sayin'. Seriously though, you should celebrate Mother Goose Day with us on the 1st and Star Wars Day on Sunday the 4th... May the 4th be with you. Leprechaun Day is on the 13th and National Bike to Work day is on the 16th and those seem pretty Goosey. Memorial Day is pretty important. Anyways, there's really no excuse for you to not celebrate at Fox & Goose in the month of May. Here's some music to enjoy with us too:

Northern Soul & Cornhole Every Wednesday!

Every Wednesday is Northern Soul and Cornhole, our weekly night of classic rare soul music, rocksteady, northern soul, and the super fun bag toss game, Cornhole! 8pm/free

The Neighbors
The Scott Jeppeson Quintet
Friday, May 2nd
The Neighbors play big pop rock music. It's well written and definitely has some pure American roots with a little new wave or post wave flare. The sweet harmonies from both male and female vocals are laced up with lush violin melodies and pizzicato that buzzes around in your brain causing pleasant day dreams of spring afternoons in the foothills filled with puppies and picnics. Scott Jeppeson plays incredible, supremely satisfying saxophone. His bop inflected lines blend with creative melodies and hi quality modern jazz flare that bring this mature sound to a playful place where jazz should always be. If he was an English breakfast pizza I'd be very fat!

Daisy Spot
The Slippery Slope

What this town needs is Daisy Spot. They are sweet and romantic, shiny and enigmatic, and covered in hazy dreams of reverberated bossa novas. Fronted by this town's most revered guitar hero, Mike Farrell, and everyone loves Tatiana's sweet-sounding melodies. The perfect compliment to them is Kendon Smith's Slippery Slope.
