February 2015 at the Goosah!

Here's your February 2015 music calendar for Fox & Goose:

Every Wednesday is Record Club’s British Pop Wednesdays with Roger Carpio.

Thursday, February 5th
Marty Cohen & The Sidekicks
Every first Thursday we have Marty Cohen & The Sidekicks. They play original Americana/folk with a twist. Enjoy good feelin' music and great beer at the Goose!

Friday, February 6th
Eli & The Sound Cult and Jay Shaner

Hey! It’s a night of danceable electro pop from Eli & The Sound Cult and sweet golden Americana from Jay Shaner.

Saturday, February 7th
Musical Charis and The Orange Scene

It's Jay Spooner’s b-day bash with his female fronted rock & roll band, The Orange Scene and local folk pop darlings, Musical Charis. Come support quality music in a classic British pub atmosphere.
Thursday, February 12th
Steve McLane
It’s Steve McLane’s timeless acoustic tunes. Steve has been playing at Fox & Goose since the early days. He plays classics from Neil Young to the Beatles to Bob Dylan. It's a nice mellow way to spend a Thursday evening with a pint and a pasty. 8pm, free.

Friday, February 13th
Hans & The Hot Mess and Zyah Belle & The Funkshun

Hans & The Hot Mess doing neo folky soul and Zyah Belle playing live hip-hop and r&b. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Saturday, February 14th
Friends Beatles Tribute Valentines Party
You like the Beatles? Would you like a drink? It's been a hard day's night. You have beautiful kaleidoscope eyes. So how long have you been coming to the Fox & Goose? Would you like to dance? I want to hold your hand. Can I buy you another drink? Baby, you can drive my car, and maybe I love you.

Thursday, February 19th
The Mike Justis Band
The Mike Justis Band plays acoustic folk on Thursday the 19th. Mike has played at the Goose for many many years, and his brand of classic acoustic music is always refreshing. Featuring Kathy Barwick, Mike Justis, Steve O'Neil, Jeff Sears, and Steve McLane, you're always in for some great Americana, Blues, and Classic folk music.

Friday, February 20th
Massive Delicious, RGB, and Strawberry Girls.

Join us for a full night of jammy, groovy, rock & other yummy sounds from these ridiculous music dudes!

Saturday, February 21st
Anton Barbeau and Jason McNiff
Anton Barbeau is the quintessential indie pop songwriter. He's been doing it since forever: here in Sacramento, in the UK, Berlin, and all over the dog gone place. He's funny, melodic, smart, and wonderfully creative! Jason McNiff is from York in northern England where the original Fox & Goose is. He plays Americana! Live music is alive and well in Sacramento!

Don’t forget every Wednesday is Britpop with Roger!

Thursday, June 26th
Chicken & Dumpling
Chicken & Dumpling will be at the Goose on Thursday the 26th, warming your night with down home blues. The duo consists of Charles the chicken on guitar and Julia the dumpling on bass. Enjoy this free show with a pint and a Shepherd's Pie... we don't have chicken and dumplings.

Friday, February 27th
The Stuff and The Uncovered
On Friday the 27th we have blues with a twist from The Stuff and The Uncovered who do obscure covers of songs you've most likely not heard before. Bring a date and let's rockout!

Saturday, February 28th
One Button Suit, Panmixia, and The F Street Stompers
And making February complete it’s a bluegrass bonanza! Knee slappin', toe-tappin', good old timey music at it's best. Don't miss out on our tasty food, unique entertainment, extensive beer selection, and huge collection of bricks!
