Proxy Moon and According to Bazooka
Don't miss this fantastic night of roots songwriting with Proxy Moon and According to Bazooka. Both groups are nominated for Sacramento Music Awards in the 2019 SAMMIES. It will be a night of vintage vibes and well-crafted original tunes at Sacramento's beloved classic venue Fox & Goose. Proxy Moon’s music is rooted in folk, jazz, blues, country — fundamentally American music with an emphasis on original songs featuring strong, interesting lyrics and melodies delivered with spirited musicianship. They’ve been described by turns as esoteric, poetic, and irreverent, with a bit of a burlesque thrown for good measure. According to Bazooka’s catchy songwriting has a retro-pop sound and California flavor. These inviting tunes carry listeners on a playful journey of the twist and turns of everyday humanity. It's a charismatic show of well-crafted melodies that draw from rock and roll, blues, country, zydeco and more.
